Operating from our central distribution facility in Luton, Bedfordshire, Wallcano Tiles maintains a dedicated distribution headquarters holding over 200 containers of ready stock across commercial and residential porcelain ranges.
To ensure smooth, damage-free freight handover, our pallet network adheres to strict commercial kerbside standards.
Standard pallet deliveries are conducted using 18-tonne or 26-tonne rigid vehicles with hydraulic tail-lifts. Pallets are lowered to the kerbside or hard-standing driveway boundary nearest the vehicle.
Manual pump trucks require flat, level tarmac or solid concrete. Pallet trucks cannot traverse gravel, grass, loose stone, cobbles, or steep gradients. Forklift unloading is welcome if available on-site.
Please examine the shrink wrapping and strapping upon handover. Any external damage must be noted on the driver’s Proof of Delivery (POD) and reported within 48 hours for immediate replacement.
